Trained family and systemic constellations facilitators navigate the process. They create a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental environment for the work to unfold. The process typically works in the following way:

• Intention Setting: The client brings a specific question, challenge or area of concern. This could be a relationship difficulty, a repeating life pattern, a health issue or a longing for deeper connection.

• Choosing Representatives: In a group, volunteers are invited to stand in as representatives. They can represent significant people, elements or even abstract concepts in the client’s life. In one-on-one sessions, objects and/or floor markers will be used instead with the facilitator stepping in as the representatives.

• Mapping the System: The representatives stand in relation to each other, creating a living picture of the system.

• Observing Dynamics: The facilitator and client observe the representatives’ sensations, emotions and impulses. Patterns of connection, exclusion, burden or love come into view.

• Interventions and Movements: With gentle guidance, the facilitator may introduce healing sentences. They might also suggest movements or changes in position. These actions bring the system into greater harmony. This often results in deep shifts, even when no words are spoken.

• Integration: The session concludes with time for reflection, grounding and discussing ways to integrate insights into daily life.

Many of our struggles—whether emotional, relational or even physical—have roots that reach far beyond our individual lives. We may unknowingly carry the burdens, beliefs, losses or traumas of previous generations. Systemic constellations offer a pathway to uncover, honor and release these hidden influences, making space for new possibilities.

• Personal Growth: Access greater clarity, peace and direction as you align with your authentic self and purpose.

Systemic work is based on the understanding that every member of a system has a rightful place. This includes family, team or community. Each member has a need for belonging. When exclusion, injustice or unresolved trauma occurs, the system attempts to restore balance, often at the expense of later generations. By bringing these dynamics into the light, constellations enable recognition, reconciliation and a return to the natural order.

This work honors the dignity of all. It respects the fate of each individual without judgment. It also recognizes that love is the most powerful force for healing. Through simple yet profound movements, new possibilities emerge for individuals and their systems.

Every experience with constellations is unique, however, many participants describe feeling lighter, clearer and more at peace after their constellation. Insights may continue to unfold in the days, weeks and months that follow, supporting ongoing transformation.
