Carey Meyer
Born with a deep empathy and an insatiable curiosity about the human experience, Carey helps people see and release unconscious blocks and intergenerational patterns that unknowingly affect their lives.
From a young age, Carey knew there was more to life than meets the eye, sensing into the unseen energies that surrounded her. Over the past two decades, Carey has explored many energetic healing modalities. These include family and systemic constellations, Reiki, EFT tapping, Qigong, meditation, intuitive drawing, spiritual writing and biofield tuning. Carey has trained with local, national and international leaders in the constellations field. She currently serves as an assistant in the MN Center for Systemic Constellations Facilitator Training Program which is a two-year program from which she herself is a graduate. She guides participants toward emotional liberation, self-empowerment and overall well-being through a compassionate, intuitive approach.
A wife, mother of three adult children, former business owner and attorney, Carey blends knowledge from her diverse life experiences to offer a grounded, nurturing space for growth, healing and self-discovery through systemic constellations facilitation.
Buddy
Anyone that has worked with Carey knows Buddy, the family’s petite goldendoodle. Buddy is a loving presence for clients and can be an integral representative in the field. Buddy is often the healing salve needed when doing this deep work and is a highly valued part of the new energy constellations team!
The Land
We recognize that this land is the traditional and ancestral homelands of the Wahpekute and Ochethi Sakowin people. As the original stewards of this region, they have held a profound spiritual and physical connection to these lakes and forests from time immemorial. We also recognize the historical and ongoing impacts of forced removal and colonization of the Dakota people in this area. We give thanks for their wisdom, their care for the waters, plants and animals, and their resilience in the face of great hardship.
We honor the resilience of these Indigenous nations, their connection to this land, and their continued presence here. We express our gratitude for the land itself and commit to learning about the history, culture and, importantly, the present-day contributions of the Native Nations in Mni Sota M’koce (Minnesota).
May this acknowledgment deepen our gratitude, strengthen our commitment to justice and remind us to walk with respect, humility, and responsibility toward the land and all our relations.
