I’m passionate about supporting people on their journeys toward whole-person healing and meaningful transformation. My own healing journey began more than twenty years ago, when I realized I was carrying pain that didn’t feel entirely my own. That awareness led me into a long exploration—through meditation, classes, therapy, energy work, and countless pages of writing. Each step brought insight, but it wasn’t until I discovered Family and Systemic Constellations that something truly clicked. This work opened doors for me mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and ancestrally.

Constellations helped me heal in ways I didn’t know were possible, and that experience inspired me to train as a facilitator and learn from teachers across the world. Now, I’m grateful to share this powerful modality with others who are ready for their own shifts and openings.
